Los Informalls – Informal Sunday

On the last day of the festival, Los Informalls invite everyone to close off Out of the Toolbox together. We do this by dancing (of course!), relaxing and connecting. Share stories, impressions and experiences of the workshop week with each other.

Couldn’t be there at Out of the Toolbox the past few days? No problem! Everyone is more than welcome to participate. Come see, participate and enjoy Los Informalls at their best!

10:30 – 13:30 – Workshop: Los Informalls – Master your (super)monster

Luis and Pere from Los Informalls kick off the day with an adventurous workshop in which they let you explore both their creative universe and that of your own.

They challenge you to confront your inner demons and to step out of your comfort zone. Because Los Informalls are convinced that we need more places, moments and opportunities to let go, have fun and take our minds off things. And what better way to do that than by dancing?!

They have developed the techniques, tools and approaches that they use based on their years of experience with improvisation and stage creations. They provide a comfortable and safe environment, in which everyone can experiment without judgment, with the body as a tool and physicality as a medium.

13:30 – 15:30 – Lunch

15:00 – 16:00 – Closing ritual: Jules Beckman

After lunch, Jules Beckman, who also gives the workshop Cherry your ride, will create a small performative ritual to say goodbye to the festival and to each other.

17:00  – 18:00 – Performance: Los Informalls – Entrañas con patatas

As icing on the cake, Los Informalls and Valentin Azzati (also a teacher at the festival) will present a version of their performance Entrañas con patatas (“Innards with chips”), an energetic love story that is at once absurd and profound.
